DESCRIPTION:All of our members are cordially invited to join this year’s New Year’s Eve blast aboard Due South (a/k/a the Hynds’ boat). Due South provides plenty of room for all.\nAs in past years\, we’ll be anchored in the anchorage area just off\nFishermens Village Punta Gorda. That anchorage is well marked on charts and lies just to the East of the Fishermens Village approach markers and West of Peace River Light 4. We anticipate Due South will be in position by about 6PM and communications will be on Channel 68.\nOnce you’re anchored\, transportation over to Due South will be by dinghy.If you don’t have a dinghy\, plenty of others will be running and available.\nIf you would like to attend\, but are not able (or choose not to) spend the night on your anchor\, slips and/or rooms may be available in the Fishermens Village Marina.\nPlease contact Pat to discuss dishes and drinks at (313) 720-0275 or hyndssite@aol.com if you plan to attend.
