    We are having a Commodore's Ball! The Hynd's have turned over Commodore Ball duties to the Cope's this year. Our theme 'Under the Sea' Hmmmm there's a lot going on under the sea - tropical colored fish, seaweed, manatees, shipwrecks, mermaids and mermen, treasure, dead pirates.........Lots of beauty and lots not so pretty.     The Commodore's Ball will be held March 7 at Tucker & Linda Cope's home.  3825 Emerald Ave, St James City Starting at 6:00. There will be no boat club meeting, just the party starting at 6:00 The theme is Mardi Gras. Dinner will be Gumbo & Rice, Black Beans, Chicken and King Cake. Members are requested to bring an appetizer or side dish to share, and your chairs. Things to NOTE: There will be no boat club meeting, just the party starting at 6:00 ALSO you may bring an appetizer or side dish, but PLEASE, NO DESSERTS! There is no charge for this meeting. Linda would appreciate help decorating and setting up. She really tries to make this a special event so let’s pitch in. Our hosts would appreciate help with setting up and serving and could use a few more tables.

    Commodore's Ball It will be on Monday March 2 at the Cope's home with a theme of Happy Birthday America! (250 Years!) Patriotic dress! Burgers & hot dogs will be served. Bring sides, no dessert!! Cake provided. BYOB & $10 at the door. Judy is coordinating and recruited some volunteers.
