  • SJCBC April Mtg: Hosts Dan & Michelle Brothers at SJCCA

    SJC Civic Center

    Meeting is April 14th at 4:30 at SJCCC.  Hosted by Dan and Michelle Brothers. Co hosts are Joyce and Scott Bieber, Kim and Paul Michaelson, and Laura & Pat Walston.  Beth Minderler will be collecting $10 at the door. The theme is "Nautical", so dig out your SJCBC attire (optional) or RUSH to the ship's store to purchase some new attire .     April 16 Lunch Cruise at the Green Flash April 16 Wednesday, Lunch Cruise to the Green Flash Restaurant on Captiva Island. A nice boat trip to a wonderful waterfront restaurant. And as an added attraction, if you wish , you can take a short walk to the Bubble Rooms, Ice Cream and cake store. For those with more energy you can walk to the Gulf and check out the Mucky Duck's Progress.They are expecting us by 11AM. Please let me know if you prefer to eat outside or in so I can let them know.   • SJCBC Mayday on the Sanibel Causeway beach! BYOS Details to follow

    Mayday! Mayday! I saw on the news that the Sanibel Causeway beaches will be open on May 1.  Let's head to the beach and celebrate!  Good news is it's easy access and close to home.  I'll send location before we go.  BYOS (bring your own stuff) - and don't forget an umbrella!  Hope to see you all there.     Hello Summer Boat Club friends, Janet and I will be hosting the June 9th SJCBC meeting. We are happy to be welcoming you into our home at 2234 Banana. You can park in our driveway or the wrecked home next door. The street is narrow so avoid parking on the street. We will be open for beverages at 4, dinner served at 5:30. We are serving ribs and pulled pork. Feel free to bring an appy, side or desert. No more beverages please. The club has an excess. See you there. RSVP to kurtgiesselman@gmail.com.
