SJCBC Meeting

Notice of venue change for Monday’s boat club meeting Due to the cold front and high winds arriving Monday the boat club meeting/lunch will be held at 12:00 noon at Doug and Julie Steck’s home, 3639 San Carlos Drive, SJC. Ham and turkey sliders, chips and cookies will be provided. Bring your own beverages, appetizers (if you feel inclined) and yard games you care to bring. $5 per person Please text, Email or call Denny Dekker if you have not confirmed your attendance at 239-284-9110 or dekkerdw@gmail.com. Our January meeting will be held on January 12 at 4:30 at the Civic Center. Our hosts Gary Kirchoff, Roberta Erickson and Graham Pryce will be providing a main course of pulled pork and cole slaw. Please bring an appetizer, side dish or dessert to share. The club will NOT be providing beverages, so please bring your own. Due to the cost of the Civic Center we will be charging $10 per person to cover expenses. Please RSVP to Gary at garykirchoff773@gmail.com or call him at 773-297-8757. This is a special meeting as we will be installing our new commodore and vice commodore Kim and Paul Michelsen, as well as welcoming new members. Please make them all feel welcome. Looking forward to a year filled with new energy, fresh ideas and fun times on the water.

The February 9th meeting will be hosted by Ben Madey and Joe Connolly at the SJC Civic Center. It will by BYOB and $10 collected at the door They will be preparing Italian Beef Sandwiches so compliementary sides or a dessert to share would be greatly appreciated! Monday, April 13 Monthly Meeting at the Civic Center!! Del Mergen & Jan Sanlor have once again volunteered and agreed to host the April meeting. They are preparing Pork Chops in gravy along with mashed potatoes. Paul and his crew of men will be on hand for table & chair setup at 3:00. This will be a BYOB event with a $10 fee at the door.
