    Notice of venue change for Monday’s boat club meeting Due to the cold front and high winds arriving Monday the boat club meeting/lunch will be held at 12:00 noon at Doug and Julie Steck’s home, 3639 San Carlos Drive, SJC. Ham and turkey sliders, chips and cookies will be provided. Bring your own beverages, appetizers (if you feel inclined) and yard games you care to bring. $5 per person Please text, Email or call Denny Dekker if you have not confirmed your attendance at 239-284-9110 or dekkerdw@gmail.com. As of today we have 25 attendees.  

  • Don Manusos Celebration of life

    The Celebration of Life in St. James City, FL will be Friday, November 14, 2025 at the Fisher of Men Church. Service at 11:00 with a luncheon at 12:00 There will be a Celebratioin on the water at 3:00pm at Buoy 14 just west of the Waterfront Canal

    Mark your calendars. Lunch Cruise to the Green Flash on Wed Nov 19. May change if the weather looks bad for that day. This is a nice boat trip to a wonderful restaurant with the ability to walk to other Captiva attractions , Ice cream parlor! They are expecting us at 11AM, so go directly if you wish or meet at the power lines at 10AM, but let me know either way. For those of you new to our lunch cruises, if you tell me you are coming, be there unless you are too ill to get out of bed and then let me know. I will be committing for the club and want the count to be accurate. Please let me know if you prefer to eat outside or in so I can let them know.
